Construction Zone offers personalized meal plans. Whether you want to lose 30 pounds or 10 pounds or even put on some size we will help guide you in the right direction. When you come in for your first consultation we will review your goals, discuss what brought you in to CZ fitness, and what we can do to help you achieve these goals. For competitors we can do a physique assessment and body fat analysis. (First time consultations are $75 and can be credited towards any service that is purchased)

 

When you decide to purchase a meal plan from CZ Fitness you will receive scheduled weekly check in’s. At this check in you will receive a one-on-one consultation to review your needs and goals along with a 9 point skin fold body fat analysis. Not only will you receive one-on-one attention you will also receive a detailed meal plan. The meal plan will be put together based on your goals, schedule and body fat. The meal plan will tell you what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it

CZ Fitness offers three different uniqe programs!!!

  • Weekly one-on-one consultations

  • Weekly body fat checks

  • Detailed meal plans

  • Each meal plan is personalized to each individual

  • The all-inclusive program that is detailed above is $600 for 12 weeks of service. After the 12 weeks the program is offered for $65 a month.

  • The al’ acarte program offers you a pay as you go method.
    $275 to start- includes initial consultation and body fat and first meal plan. After the initial purchase each body fat is $20 and each new meal plan is $75.

  • NEW 6 month program is now available. An initial deposit of $200 and a low $150 for the next 5 months, covers your nutrition and body analysis sessions.
